Acceptance Process

To accept this quote, please sign and return the attached acceptance form within the validity period. Upon receipt, our team will contact you to schedule the project kickoff meeting.

Payment Terms

  1. All prices are quoted in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
  2. Payment schedule: 50% upon contract signing, 25% at project mid-point, and 25% upon project completion.
  3. Invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt.
  4. Late payments may result in project delays and are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Change Management

  1. Any changes to the project scope after acceptance will require a formal change request.
  2. Change requests may impact the project timeline and cost.
  3. All changes must be documented and approved in writing before implementation.

Client Responsibilities

  1. Providing timely access to necessary information, systems, and personnel.

Confidentiality

Warranty

XYZ Professional Services Inc. warrants that all deliverables will conform to the agreed specifications for a period of 90 days after project completion. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied.
